It is for general information to all our esteemed shareholder’ s of the bank that, we have prepared
the draft shareholders list having voting rights and without voting rights valid for the current financial
year 2026-27 based on the updated member register of the bank and following the Assam Cooperative
Societies Act-2007 clause no 26(3) & 4](1) and the Bye Law of the Bank for re-examination of records
by the shareholders. The lists are affixed in the notice board of Head office of the bank located at U.N
Bezbaruah Road, Silpukhuri, Guwahati-781003 and published in the website of the bank
(www.ccbguwahati.bank.in).
Any member not satisfied with specific instances of inclusion or non inclusion of members in
the list may appeal (in written) to the Managing Director with all relevant records within 28.04.2026 by
5.00 PM
No appeal will be accepted after above specified date & time i e 28.04.2026.
